Here's one of our injection molding machines used to manufacture our masei helmet visors.

Molding the visors is a continuous process and 2 workers are used to remove the new visor from its mold. One Visor Molding usually costs US$15,000 in China and Hong Kong and imports raw material from Japan. Our maximum production volumn is 10,000 visors per day per injection machine. Therefore, in one month, we can get around 300,000 from one machine. 30 seconds per each visor coming out of machine. See my movies

You can manufacture any visors at very low cost for any helmet factories and brands! Please contact me for quotation.

We add a skilled and experienced staff who know how to design the products, engineer the processes and make everything flow smoothly in lower cost. We can manufacture anti-scratch, anti-fog, color RST visors in 1/5 cost of American and Japanese.

Honda NS500 - 500cc Grand Prix racing motorcycle in the early 1980s

The Honda NS500 is a 500cc Grand Prix racing motorcycle of the early 1980s, powered by a two-stroke V3 engine. Created as a replacement for the innovative but unsuccessful four-stroke NR500, the bike went against Honda's preference for four-stroke machines but proved very effective and quickly won the 1983 500cc World Championship with Freddie Spencer onboard.[1] After a relatively short lifespan the bike was replaced by the even more successful two-stroke V4 engine powered NSR500.

Reviews: KTM 350 EXC-F Factory

The power of a 450, the agility of a 250 - KTM 350 EXC-F Factory

The brand new KTM 350 EXC-F Factory puts down a new milestone in the Enduro World Championship in 2011. The newly developed factory bike claims no less than to be the most sophisticated and best four stroke racing Enduro ever.

KTM intends to transfer the sensational success of the 350 SX-F in the Motocross World Championship to the Enduro segment. The basic tenet of combining the low weight of a 250 with the power of a 450 will give the 350 EXC-F the edge. Combining massive performance with awesome agility makes for efficient, energy-saving rideability, which is at least as important in Enduro competitions as it is in Motocross races.

Due to its excellent design with an electronic fuel injection, KTM 350 EXC-F Factory has nearly the same output as a 450 cc power pack. At the same time though, it is as compact as a four stroke 250 and has the low weight and dynamic response of the smaller capacity. To make it even easier for the rider to fully exploit the advantages of this innovative engine, the brand new factory bike also joins the fray in the 2011 Enduro WC with newly designed bodywork.

The retailing price is also very reasonable - US$8,500 including shipping fee too!

Suzuki Sales Continues to slide in UK & Many Dealers Shut Down

A Motorcycle magazine from the UK indicates a marketing strategy that may have backfired for Suzuki. Apparently, a combination of the continuing recession in Europe, a strong Japanese Yen, which caused prices to rise and a backlog of inventory has depressed sales of new Suzuki motorcycles from a high of approximately 21,000 in 2007 to approximately 12,000 in 2010.

Suzuki UK has the second-largest number of dealers in the UK but will close nearly 40 dealerships during the next year. It is estimated that the number of UK Suzuki dealers will drop from 130 to 90.
