Here's one of our injection molding machines used to manufacture our masei helmet visors.

Molding the visors is a continuous process and 2 workers are used to remove the new visor from its mold. One Visor Molding usually costs US$15,000 in China and Hong Kong and imports raw material from Japan. Our maximum production volumn is 10,000 visors per day per injection machine.
