Ferrari 900 Motorcycle by Kay as a tribute to Enzo Ferrari auctioned for £250,000




The Ferrari 900 motorcycle was built by Kay engineering in 1997 as a tribute to Enzo Ferrari. The Ferrari 900 D.O.H.C is a one-off motorcycle which was auctioned at a Race Retro event at a start of GBP250,000.

The body of the Ferrari 900 D.O.H.C was hand crafted from aluminum and the black casings of the engine are made from magnesium. all this high tech has a price though.



This motorcycle use a 900cc engine, transverse, double overhead camshaft, four cylinder, eight-valve unit with the casing and magnesium alloy, driven through the five speed gearbox.

Front is very contemporary in the design of the fork upside Forcelle Italy, the large front disc Brembo dual-piston rear brakes (6 pot calipers front, 4 back) and the special 17-inch wheels spinning Astralite hand. Ferrari 900 custom motors has a top speed of 265 km estimation / producing 105bhp at 8800 rpm in the dry weight of 172kg simple.
