2012 Honda 2012 Gold Wing Touring Motorcycle
The Honda Gold Wing has become the flagship motorcycle for riders serious about touring, whether solo or two-up. The bike provides comfort and all all the amenities needed for long-distance motorcycle touring.
But for 2012, Honda wanted to create an even finer Gold Wing GL1800, with many upgrades to the technical aspects. But don't think Honda only upgraded technical gadgets on the GL1800, such as the GPS navigation system - the motor and drivetrain have been also been majorly refined for 2012.
The suspension has been recalibrated,giving it a slightly more sporting ride that reduces unwanted floorboard dragging in corners.
The fairing and bags have been redesigned for more wind protection and added cargo capacity, respectively.
Optional high-tech upgrades include the Next-Generation Honda Satellite Linked Navigation System, plus XM NavTraffic and XM NavWeather.
