Thai Flooding affecting Honda Motorcycle Production and Local Bikers - 2011

Thai flooding in central and northern Thailand has impacted Honda's vehicle, motorcycle and MPE production. Flood waters have limited access to the plant, while supply disruptions have forced a suspension of manufacturing. The vehicle plant was closed from October 4 – 10 with the motorcycle and MPE facility closed for two days from October 6 - 8.


Any transportation will be shut down and affected if water level goes up to 1 meter high. In pictures, Thai men ride his motorbike down a flooded street following heavy rains. For a long-term business, Yamaha should sell more of its boats better than its bike in Thailand.

A man sporting nothing but tennis shoes and a helmet was seen driving a motorcycle. He was spotted around T.R. Hughes going east towards Cave Springs at around 5:30 p.m.

No word on who the mystery man is or why he was riding in the nude.

Mercedes's First Motorcycle?! - Ducati & Mercedes Benz "2012 Ducati Diavel AMG" Special Edition

Announced at last year’s LA Auto Show, the Ducati and Mercedes AMG partnership revealed AMG’s sponsorship of the Ducati Moto GP factory team plus a series of joint marketing and PR campaigns.

This first ‘co inspired’ model combines distinctive styling features two famous Marques. The Diavel serves as the 2012 flagship model of the family the smooth matte black motorcycle is a tribute to the AMG luxury sports brand with different AMG reference points such as 5-spoke wheels horizontally ribbed.

The collaboration has just created the new Ducati Diavel AMG Special Edition in time for the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show.

The carbon fiber bodywork comes in any color as long as its matte black and contrasts to the AMG “Diamond White Bright” painted frame.

Ducati Diavel will start with an MSRP base price of US$16,995, while the up-market carbon version will hit the wallet with an MSRP of US$19,995.

Rumored to make around 165hp, the Diavel is based off the same Testastretta 11º motor as the Ducati Multistrada 1200, and weighs 456lbs according to Ducati.

Harley-Davidson HD V-Rod 10th Anniversary Edition - New Model for 2012

Harley-Davidson announced the lineup of its 2012 models. Harley will make 36 models on 6 familiar platforms: Sportster, Dyna, Softail,Touring, Trike and V-Rod in 2012.

HD will offer two new models: the V-Rod 10th Anniversary Edition and the Switchback.

Today, I introduce this new model of V-Rod 10th anniversary ed. It celebrates a decade of power cruising with a sleek, silver finish on the bodywork that resembles the original 2002 V-Rod. Priced at US$15,999, it features a chrome powertrain, 5-spoke wheels, inverted forks, forward-mounted pegs, a tapered rear section, and a pull-back handlebar.

History of Kawasaki Ninja Motorcycle 650R

Kawasaki Ninja 650r is another series from Kawasaki motorcycles, yeah this faired series Kawasaki er-6n, maybe you know as Kawasaki er-6n or Kawasaki er-6f.

Kawasaki ninja 650r introduced in 2006. Kawasaki 650R is middle wight of motor sport type, yeah like Kawasaki ninja 250r series, with parallel twin engined. Kawasaki Ninja 650R designed for easy riding with fresh modern styling and new features and of course with low seating ergonomics for beginner rider, riding more comfort and fun and sure more powerful motorcycles on superbikes type.

Motorcycle Review:Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 2012

Kawasaki has released information about its 2012 Ninja 250 and it has the same specs as the 2011 Ninja 250R, only it’s missing the “R”. The 2012 Ninja 250 is powered by a249cc liquid-cooled parallel Twin engine with a six-speed transmission. And despite Honda upping the ante with the fuel-injected CBR250R, Kawasaki is keeping its Keihin CVK30 carbs instead of importing the fuel-injected version available in other markets.

Like the 2011 250R, the 2012 Ninja 250 has a 4.8 gallon fuel tank, 37mm hydraulic telescopic fork, preload-adjustable rear suspension and a the same claimed weight of 374.9 pounds.
Kawasaki will offer the 2012 Ninja 250 in three color options: Passion Red, Metallic Spark Black and Candy Lime Green. The 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250 is priced at $4,199, an increase from the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250R’s $3,999 price tag.

Why did Kawasaki drop the “R”? Probably to differentiate between its faired street bikes from its ZX supersports. In 2011, Kawasaki offered a Ninja 650R and, in some markets, a Ninja 400R, but the Ninja 1000 went without the R. Don’t be surprised to see the Ninja 650 lose its R this year.

Three-Wheeled T-Rex Trike - Car or Motorcycle? Better than Hayabusa & Ducati Trike

T-Rex car is a car with three wheels, a cursory name T-Rex is a pretty creepy name taken from the name of the dinosaur dubbed as the 'king of the dinosaurs'.

Despite being classified as a motorcycle, the radically styled T-Rex three-wheeler handles more like a sportscar with the help of huge, sophisticated rear suspension that significantly enhances road holding. A distant relative of the Morgan automobile, the T-Rex exploits Japanese motorbike technology to create a 1200cc superbike engine that can go from 0-97 km/h in a lightning 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 225 km/h.

T-Rex car is in production in Canada, has 2 passenger seat, 3 wheel drive, with 1.4 L, 4 cylinder engine, even in 3.5 seconds to travel the speed of 0-97 km / h and reaches a top speed of 253 km / h . seat belt and seat passenger in the interior is designed to ensure passenger safety.

The pricing is US$49,999.00 !!! Not so bad.

My Masei Helmet Saved my life... Not a cheap helmet

I had a serious motorcycle accident, with a cheap and unsafe motorcycle helmet and was lucky that this helmet has just protected as sufficient. I had only slight injuries but I should have been better to import from America to this Masei helmet would have protected me better, I would have carried no injury to the head of it. If I had worn a Masei. Masei the helmet would have been still more favorable than the (good expensive helmets) which protect less.
